Session Overview:

Healthcare buildings are among the most complex and most consequential facilities to operate. From pressure relationships and air quality to equipment reliability and regulatory compliance, the stakes of a poorly performing building system go well beyond comfort. Join us for a practical session on how fault detection and diagnostics (FDD) is transforming the way healthcare facilities are commissioned, maintained, and kept in compliance. Whether you design, build, or operate these environments, you'll leave with a clearer picture of where the technology is today and where it's headed.

Key Takeaways:

  • How FDD works in complex healthcare environments and why traditional maintenance approaches leave critical gaps
  • How continuous diagnostics strengthen commissioning outcomes for new builds and renovations
  • How FDD supports environmental and regulatory compliance with persistent, audit-ready monitoring
  • What the future of FDD means for facility managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors
