ABSTRACT :

In this presentation O&M Director, James Storfer will share the experiences and methodology of organizing pharmacy compliance documentation and continuing performance management from new or renovated construction through to perpetual survey readiness. Focuses are on aggregated, relevant, and streamlined data and stakeholder engagement. 

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

James has 20 years of experience in facilities including facilities condition assessments, design and construction of education facilities and 5 years in healthcare facilities maintenance and operations. James has completed two Joint Commission surveys and lead the facilities team in a CMS survey. James has managed the opening of three new Houston Area location ambulatory clinic sites as well as managing approx. 3.7 million Sq.Ft. of clinical, research, and leased spaces.
